Laser spectroscopy... but different: gas sensing with lasers.

In my presentation, I will talk about methods of laser-based gas detection. Specifically, I will present two topics that we have been focusing on in recent years: first is the use of hollow-core optical fibers as measurement cells in laser gas detection. The second topic will be the use of optical spectroscopy for gas emission measurements.
