Method of Raman resonances (RR) is proposed for non-invasive detection and determination of concentration of biological levels of biomarkers in blood. The determination of precise wavelength causing real Raman resonance for a blood consituent of interest is difficult due to a very narrow band of Raman response in resonance (often below 0.1 nm) and the dependence of its position of the surrounding of the analyzed molecule. The search method of RR is explained and a few examples of identified RR s in biomarkers in blood plasma are presented. A short description of the final product utilizing RR for medical diagnostics follows.
