Optical near-fields for cold atoms

In Laboratory of Cold Atoms Near Surfaces we perform experiments concerning optical dipole mirror, based on evanescent wave, for rubidium atoms cooled in magneto-optical trap. I will describe a trial of the wave's pseudomomentum transfer measurement and up-to-date actions towards a future transmission grating mirror.
