AbstraktSeminarium:
Highly excited Rydberg atoms, due to long-range interactions, are promising for the realization of quantum gates. I will introduce the way of using Rydberg blockade to implement controlled phase gate, which serves as a building block for another gates needed for universal computing. I will briefly present the current state of work towards realization of the computer.
The seminar will be held in the in-person form in room A-1-06
